Hands-on Training from Day One

Our apprentices take on responsibility from the very beginning. Rather than simply observing, they actively contribute to projects and day-to-day operations. This gives them valuable insight into the world of event technology while allowing them to put the theory learned at vocational school directly into practice and develop the skills they need for their future careers.
“Our apprentices are integrated into all our processes from the very beginning and are given the opportunity to work independently,” explains Patricia, who is responsible for vocational training at Winkler Livecom. This strong practical focus is a key part of our approach to training.
Mentoring and Individual Support
While our apprentices are given a high degree of independence, they also receive close support throughout their training. Experienced colleagues accompany them along the way, supporting not only their professional development but also their personal growth.
This creates a positive learning environment and gives each apprentice the opportunity to develop their individual strengths and potential.
“It is very important to us that our apprentices feel comfortable here and have the opportunity to develop both professionally and personally,” Patricia emphasises.

Perspectives and Opportunities
After completing an apprenticeship as an Event Technician, Logistics Specialist or Commercial Employee, our apprentices have laid the foundation for a successful professional career. From there, they can continue to specialise and develop their skills – whether within Winkler Livecom or elsewhere in the industry.
Conclusion
Vocational training at Winkler Livecom is more than an entry point into the events industry. By actively involving apprentices in real projects, providing close mentoring and offering a wide range of development opportunities, we prepare them for their professional future.
Combining hands-on experience with individual support benefits not only our apprentices, but also contributes to developing the next generation of skilled professionals in our industry.
